Elicet Gonzalez (M.S., Marriage and Family Therapist Registered Intern #66625) is the Social Skills Program Coordinator and Bilingual Parent Trainer at Holding Hands Los Angeles. She has been a part of the Holding Hands team since 2012, and has been blessed with the opportunity to provide a variety of modalities of therapy for age groups ranging from 2 to 40 years old. Elicet has a B.A. in Psychology, with a minor in Spanish and a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from San Diego State University. She has completed 3,000 intern hours in counseling. Elicet has been providing parent training, DIR®/Floortime™, counseling (individual, family, groups), and social skills groups for the past 4 years. She strongly believes in focusing on the strengths and abilities of each individual and family member in order to support them.
