Holding Hands is a family-based organization which was founded in 2003. We currently have four clinics throughout LA County: Burbank, Calabasas, Los Angeles, and Whittier. We serve over 1,500 neurodiverse individuals in the home, school, clinic, and community settings. We serve children, teens, and adults with various neurodiverse diagnoses such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy, Anxiety, OCD, and related developmental and mental health needs. Our clinical team takes a person-centered approach and focuses on the child's strengths and individual differences while developing an intervention plan that addresses his or her unique profile. Responsibilities
  • Holding Hands is currently looking for a Clinical supervisor who shares our vision of providing high-quality ABA services to new regions and markets in the United States. We seek a team player with exceptional leadership skills, who values diversity, collaboration, contract fulfillment, and a solution-driven mindset. The job position is multi-faceted, and the candidate should possess significant attributes to fit the role. As a Clinical Supervisor, your primary responsibility would be to lead a team of quality clinicians including Quality Autism Specialists and Behavior Technicians. You will ensure that each client and their family is treated with respect, compassion, and empathy. You will work towards creating programming that caters to the specific needs of the client while adhering to ethical and diligent BACB standards and Holding Hands Policies. This position is responsible for providing the highest level of training to their staff and quality assurance to their clients. The Clinical Supervisor will regularly conduct on-site quality assurance checks in direct supervision, parent training, intake assessments, and therapy sessions. This person will be critical in ensuring the highest level of programming, parent training, and overall, ABA service care delivery for every single client and family. This individual will ensure that every report, recommendation, and policy represents the very best of our field and practice. They will also ensure that each client receives the full amount of supervision, parent training, and therapy to meet their highest potential and outcome. Continuing to seek the most updated research, treatment protocols, and standards in ABA is critical to this position and its success. The Program Coordinator for your office will oversee your role as the Clinical Supervisor.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field (required)
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (required)
  • Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders
  • Advanced knowledge about Autism Spectrum Disorder Experience with a variety of assessment tools and report writing
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Must pass a criminal background check (Livescan DOJ & FBI)
  • CPR certification in both pediatrics and adults
  • Fully vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19 (unless you fall within the medical or religious exemption category)
  • Current TB clearance
  • Valid California driver’s license, reliable transportation, and car insurance
  • Excellent time management skills are a must
  • Bilingual (Preferred)
